Chelsea manager, Maurizio Sarri has said that forward, Eden Hazard is one of the top three players in Europe.
Sarri, who signed a three-year deal with the West London club after Antonio Conte was sacked last week, disclosed that Hazard was a high level player.
The 59-year-old, however, said that it would be difficult for him to improve the Belgium international.
“I was not talking about having fun in a press conference, but on the pitch and during the week and want to win matches,” Sarri told a press conference on Wednesday.
“Hazard is a high level player and I think he is one of the top two or three European players.
“I would like to have fun during the week with him, this would mean good results and being competitive at the end of the season.
“I hope I will manage to improve Hazard, this is very difficult as he is at a high level.
“With Mertens it is different. Dries had been an external striker, everybody thought by necessity he became a high level player.
“Two top players, I hope I will improve Hazard too, but this will be very difficult.”
