HBO series, “Game Of Thrones” which aired on Sunday, April 14 , 2019, quite a lot went down .
Though not official , the first episode of the Season 8 has been tagged “Winterfell ” . Later than usual , HBO is yet to confirm the title of this episode .
It appears like Game of Thrones has a bit more time to play around with Winterfell and King ’ s Landing , and so for the first time we’ re being taken deep inside the crypts of Winterfell , where — if fan theories are to be proven correct — we might see the dead Starks rise up and fight for the Night King .
It also ends on a shot of the Iron Throne , which is a nice touch . After the war against the dead , there ’ s still the matter of who is to rule Westeros ( if anyone), which Varys , Tyrion and Davos Seaworth seems to be primarily concerned about .
